LaCassa Plumbing did not start in an office or out of a fleet of trucks. It started at home.
In the early days, Carmen LaCassa ran service calls out of his personal car while Melissa LaCassa answered phones from home. Like many family-run businesses, they started with what they had and poured everything into making it work. Long days, constant problem-solving, and a shared determination helped lay the foundation for what LaCassa Plumbing is today.
What pushed them to start the business was simple but powerful: family. With three daughters depending on them, Carmen and Melissa were motivated to build something of their own. Carmen’s drive and deep love for plumbing guided the business, while Melissa helped keep everything moving behind the scenes. Together, they created a company rooted in responsibility, trust, and real service.
Built by Family, Backed by Community
Over the years, LaCassa Plumbing has grown a lot, but the backstory matters because it shows how much work went into getting here.
What started with Carmen running calls from his personal car and Melissa working the phones from home has grown into a company with its own building and four trucks. They have also expanded their capabilities, taking on sewer repairs and investing in a pull-behind jetter to handle more for homeowners who call them.
That kind of growth does not happen by accident. It comes from showing up every day, figuring things out as you go, and continuing to push forward even when running a business gets hard.
As a local company, LaCassa Plumbing stays involved in the community they live in. They take part in community events, are active with the Chamber of Commerce, and have earned recognition from the BBB. They specialize in residential plumbing services, and that local, neighbor-to-neighbor mindset is a big part of what makes the company different.
At its core, LaCassa Plumbing is about more than plumbing. It is about family, community, and building something lasting for the people who count on them.
