This applies to all plumbing services we perform, including repairs, installations, and emergency work. If LaCassa Plumbing did the job and it’s within the promised coverage period, you’re not on your own if an issue comes up.

The coverage length depends on the specific job. Before any work begins, we tell you:

• What your warranty includes
• How long does it apply
• What parts are covered

The details are also listed on your invoice for easy reference.

Yes, if we supply the part or fixture. You get the full manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle the claim process for you if something fails. If you provide your own parts, we can install them, but they are not covered under our guarantee.

Your warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or user error
• Issues caused by other contractors or DIY work
• Problems caused by nature (flooding, tree roots, severe weather, shifting soil)
• Any part or fixture you supply yourself
